How Long After Purchase Can I Return an Item?

Our return policy applies to items returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note: we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases returned 30 days or more after you receive them.

What Condition Do Returns Need to Be In?

In order to receive a refund, your item must still be new (i.e. uninstalled). Installed items are not eligible for refunds.

If an installed item appears to be defective and is covered by our limited lifetime warranty, it may be eligible for a replacement of the original.

How Do I Return an Item to 365HubsPro?

Please contact 365HubsPro for approval before returning the item(s) in question. Do not return unauthorized items. Unauthorized returns will be declined, and the return products will be discarded.

Will 365HubsPro Pay the Shipping Costs for My Return?

We only reimburse shipping fees on returns if:

  • We made a shipping error
  • There was a listing error on the product page
  • The product in question was defective when shipped from our fulfillment center.

Please contact us here within 30 days of receiving your product to make shipping arrangements. 365HubsPro will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply place the shipping label on the outside of the box, and drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

If you are not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs, please ship the product to 12600 Chaparral Road, Unit 130, Henderson, NV 89052 with the carrier of your choice.

What Other Information Do I Need to Make a Return?

We ask that you carefully inspect items prior to installation. If there is a problem with the fit of a part, we may ask for your vehicle identification number (VIN) and other information about your vehicle. Your help is very valuable in determining the reason for a fit issue.

Are There Any Fees for Returning an Item?

Some returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased, plus the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping. For more information about whether these fees will apply to your return, contact us here.

When & How Are Refunds Issued?

Your refund will be issued directly to you via your original payment method. Please note: it may take up to 10 business days to see the refund appear on your bank statement.
