How Do I Know My Purchase Is Still Under Warranty?

Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty. The serial number of the part returned must match the serial number stated on the invoice for any warranty agreement to be executed.

Who Pays Shipping Fees for Returning Defective Products Under Warranty?

Should any product prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, you must return the defective parts at your own expense and pay for the shipping label for the replacements.
