What If My Order Is Lost or Damaged?

365HubsPro will replace any products we have deemed defective, as long as they are still under warranty. Please contact us here with a description of the issue.
Be prepared to answer questions about your experience with the product in question, and provide photos or videos if needed so we can determine whether the product qualifies as defective.
How Do I Know My Purchase Is Still Under Warranty?
Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty. The serial number of the part returned must match the serial number stated on the invoice for any warranty agreement to be executed.
Who Pays Shipping Fees for Returning Defective Products Under Warranty?
Should any product prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, you must return the defective parts at your own expense and pay for the shipping label for the replacements.
